Terms of Service

By using this site or buying from the shop you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

Products (prints, apparel and other items) are made to order by our print partner and shipped to you. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. We may refuse, limit, cancel or discontinue any order or product, and items are available while stock and production allow.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; a sale is complete once we accept it and payment is taken. Payment is processed by Stripe. Any applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Because items are made to order, please read our Refund & Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains quality issues, replacements and delivery.

Screens vary, so the colours you see may differ slightly from the printed product. Minor colour and finish variation between prints is normal and is not a defect.

All artwork, poster designs, images, text and the look and feel of this site belong to John Godfrey and Chargefield Inc. Buying a product does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the designs without written permission.

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer it, and don’t use it to create or distribute unlawful, infringing or misleading material.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chargefield Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.

The shop relies on third parties including Stripe (payments) and our print-on-demand partner (fulfilment). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

We may update the site and these Terms at any time. Material changes will be shown here with an updated date, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
