Refund & Shipping Policy

Every item is printed specifically for your order by our print partner, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. That said, we stand fully behind the quality of what we send - if something arrives wrong, we’ll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery at email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement (or a refund if a replacement isn’t possible).

Minor colour differences can occur in printing and are within normal tolerance - these aren’t considered defects. If a colour is clearly wrong, treat it as a quality issue above and send us a photo.

If a package isn’t delivered within 30 days of its estimated delivery date, contact us and we’ll send a free replacement.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or goes unclaimed, you’re responsible for the cost of reshipping. Where an order can’t be reshipped, we can refund the product cost (shipping excluded).

For quality issues we’ll usually send a replacement. Where a replacement isn’t feasible or you’d prefer a refund, we refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Let us know your preference when you contact us.

Orders are printed and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, with production close to you where possible. Delivery estimates and any shipping cost are shown at checkout; total time is production time plus transit.
