Taking control of diabetes

After the success of Kraft's Thrive365 cook books, designed to guide people with diabetes to eat healthier, the project was revisited a few years later for the web. New branding, website, and a mobile app were designed in an effort to allow digital users to easily eat enjoyable foods using a simple point-based program. Vibrant orange and green tones were used throughout, reminiscent of fresh foods, and a clean easy to use layout was leveraged on both the web and mobile applications for consistency.
